Big money in a van hack
I found a couple years ago that anyone at all interested in the service industry can make a fortune if they live in a van. Seasonal rich people destinations like the hamptons, Martha's Vineyard, Aspen, Jackson Hole, etc. Any small town where rich people go have a bunch of hotels/restaurants/bars that can NOT get people to work because there's no housing for them. Alot of the hotels will rent houses for the season and fill them with J1 visa workers from jamaica and other places because they're desperate. You can litterally show up, lie saying you have experience, tell them you don't need housing and your local, you'll be hired on the spot and make a fortune. It's the perfect gig for vanners!
Plus you get half of September, October, half of November off inbetween seasons to travel and do what you want and spend all that money.
