Radiomaster AX12 and Holybro X650 / Pixhawk 6C

Hey.
I want to controller my Holybro X650 / Pixhawk 6C with a Radiomaster AX12. Ordered a RP4TD ExpressLRS too. However, the RP4RTD is not soldered. I have just 4 wires. Where do I get the correct "plug" for the Pixhawk 6C and how do I terminate the wires? Also, the Holybro came with two Telemtry Radios. Are those needed alongside the AX12?
