But the most interesting fact about Scream movie is that someone actually did get stabbed during filming. After her boyfriend Billy (Skeet Ulrich) reveals himself to be one of the Ghostface killers, main character Sidney (Neve Campbell) stabs him with the pointed side of an umbrella. Billy cries out in pain -- and it's real. Despite wearing a protective vest, Ulrich accidentally gets stabbed by that umbrella. Even worse, it hit a leftover wound from his open-heart surgery operation. Ouch.
