LPT Always try the customer support if the store options don’t allow it, many times they bend the rules!
So apparently Amazon doesn’t allow food items to be returned or replaced. I accidentally ordered a box of a batch of Jello, later realizing I had that in home already, so when I went to return it, the app options said food items aren’t returnable or replaceable. I was disappointed at first, but then thought of trying the customer support chat.
The chat options also started with the same message, however when I went with ‘I need more help’, they actually overturned, and issued me a refund, without even asking to return the package.
