Astound "Internet First" low income plan, reviews?
Anyone have this specific internet plan for low income people?
Is it reliable and do they really only charge a flat $9.95/month? There have been complaints about Astound charging people more than agreed upon but not sure if that's for their "regular" plans.
Since AT&T low income internet went up to $20 now I'm looking for something lower. The lowest in the Midwest is Astound.
