Question To Ugandans about Tribal conflict and Yoweri Museveni

Ok so recently I figured out that the president of Uganda is apart of the Hima tribe. A lot of members of this tribe vaguely resemble Tutsis and mixed Cushitic looking kind of people. This is something I didn’t know since to my knowledge Uganda was mostly a Bantu and Nilotic speaking tribe inhabited country and I thought the people would by and large reflect that.

How large is this number? Is there ethnic conflict on the pastoralist and farmer lines or any other type of social disconnect? Is it largely peaceful and people don’t typically care? I know he’s a dictator but is Yoweri Museveni liked much by the general public in Uganda in a similar way Rwandas Paul Kagame is?
What was Ugandas involvement like in the second Congo war can someone enlighten me on that?
What’s your thoughts on other Africans like Nigerians, Tanzanians, South Africans, Chad, Mozambique, Senegal, Kenya, Angola, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Ghana etc.

Teach me some things I’m interested.
