Decided to quit, just a rant
I worked atmy current place for about 2 1/2 yrs, doubtful ist will be more than another 1-2 months.
Between an boss that has 0 organization and communications skills, a coworker which doesn't now basic functions of a programm he uses for 5+ yrs and another coworker which chronically angry all the fucking time, yelling at you, beeing condensending for stuff outside the sphere of influence, I'm just done with it.
They break the law, bc they don't know their buissness. You tell them they break the law (to clarify, 2+ yrs of prison and endagerment of life, smth around that ballpark) they look surprised, say they'll look into it and do jack shit about it.
1 1/2 yrs of babysitting adult babies I'm just fucking tired.
Old colleque of mine wants me to work for him, guess I'll be gone in abort 1-2 months, my other colleque I tried to teach my area won't be staying on for long I expect.
So yeah be happy loosing 75% of your staff in a critical area.
You'll be left with the guy which got taught his work area by the guy which isn't able to use your tool correctly after 5 yrs and is already in critique for his poor work performance.
Got hired to be the right hand of the team lead.
Team lead doesnt do his job, doesn't give me the tools/ permission to repair the problems but complains that shit doesn't work.
And if problems arise he just delegates it to random ppl.
