Minimalist Boss needs Ideas for Staff Gifts
I am a finance director and have a staff of 16. For the winter holidays I got them personalized Turkish beach towels in a colour that I knew they would like (bc they’re one of my fave things to pack for trips) and chocolate truffles. They seemed well received and appreciated.
I am already thinking ahead to Dec 2026, and I need some ideas. I have both men and women, some are in accounting, others are in logistics/warehouse.
I am looking to spend about $25 per person on an item that most will probably really like and some may not hate.
All thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated!
(We get a lot of swag type items from professional conferences, so no cups or things of that type pls-)
