Walmart Canada, -you seriously disappoint me.
At the Queensway location (Toronto/Etobicoke, west end) there has been a recurring problem with the urinals in the Men's Room at the front of the store, -first image shows URINE all over the floor (barely visible in this image, but about 75% of the floor seen here is covered in URINE and the washroom is STILL IN USE to the public!,) and the SECOND image shows WHY the floor is urine-drenched... a back-flow and a goddamn plastic pissbag taped around the urinal to catch it! This has been an ongoing issue at the location. Unacceptable!! Health violation and Safety Risk (slip-and-fall.)
The third image was days later at the Oakville, ON Walmart, showing an abandoned wooden pallet left in the aisle. Customers were stepping over it. The employee that was closest was over 10-feet away, around the corner and had his back turned to the problem.
Serious safety issues here at both Walmart Canada locations (Queensway, Toronto, and Oakville Supercenter Walmart, Oakville, ON.)
Unacceptable!!!
