Do these small cracks warrant a tire change?

I noticed these two (one on the bottom left center, the other on the right) in the front tire. ChatGPT told me it’s structural damage and a “replace me before I ruin your day” crack. Is this the case? Tire is otherwise almost new, \~3k km only.
