All-In Splendor – House Rules for Combining All 4 Modules…

All-In Splendor – House Rules for Combining All 4 Modules Expansion

1. Setup
Use the normal Noble tiles (number of players + 1).
Add 3 random City tiles (any side face up).
Add the Orient cards: reveal 2 cards of each level as usual.
Place the Trading Posts board and give each player 5 Coats of Arms of their color.
Each player receives only 2 Strongholds (instead of 3).

2. End-of-Turn Order
After performing your main action and resolving any related effects (free cards from Orient, Conquest, etc.):Discard down to a maximum of 10 tokens.
Check for Trading Posts → unlock any new powers if you meet the requirements.
Check for Nobles → claim at most 1 Noble.
Check for Cities → claim at most 1 City.

3. Winning Condition
As soon as a player claims a City tile, finish the current round.
The winner is the player who has a City and the highest prestige points.
If no one claims a City by the end of the game (rare), the player with the most prestige points wins as normal.

4. Conflict Resolutions & Special Rules
When discarding 2 bonuses for an Orient Level 3 card, you do not lose any Trading Post powers you have already unlocked.
Strongholds (2 per player):Placement, movement, and removal rules remain the same as the original.
New Conquest rule: If you have both of your Strongholds on the same card, you may purchase that card immediately after your main action (paying its normal cost).

Orient “Reserve a Noble” cards work normally (since Nobles are still in the game).
Strongholds may be placed on Orient cards.
You cannot take a free card via Orient effects if an opponent’s Stronghold is on that card.
The Trading Post power that lets you take an extra gem after purchasing a card only triggers once per turn (even if you buy two cards via Conquest or Orient).

5. Optional Variants
For a slightly longer game: A player must have a City and at least 15 prestige points to win (or +3 plus per each city requires).

These rules aim to preserve the best of all four modules while keeping the game enjoyable and relatively smooth. Enjoys.
