After careful thought, I would like to back the following five leaders. Each of these individuals brings different strengths, but they share common qualities; and for these reasons I believe they would carry Tangled forward in a positive and sustainable way.

1. The first person who came to mind is

@airosoul

who has been with Tangled for over two years. He understand the mechanics of the platform well, has grown alongside it, and is highly respected and intelligent. In addition he demonstrates strong financial awareness. This strategic mindset could be extremely valuable guiding Tangled forward from a business perspective.

@seattlejohn

has been with us for three years. He is respected, grounded and consistent. As a family man and a person of faith, he leads with stability and wisdom. Beyond his presence on the platform, he runs and is actively involved in the Salvation Army, ensuring that people in need are cared for in his community. This shows proven leadership, responsibility and a heart for service - qualities that translate strongly into stable , people-centered leadership.

has been with us for just over two years and knows the system thoroughly. As an active live-streamer and the creative force behind our badges. He has both technical understanding and community involvement. He also regularly follows crypto markets and financial graphs, which shows analytical thinking of digital and economic trends. He is well respected and deeply invested in Tangled's growth. This combination of creativity, technical understanding and market awareness could be valuable in forward- looking leadership.

has been with us just over a year, and I had the privilege of working closely with him during the

competition. Through that experience, I've come to know him as someone with integrity, strong work ethic and consistent values. He is dependable and committed to doing things properly. In addition he's exposure to different environments and cultures through travel has given him a broader perspective, which could be valuable in understanding and serving a diverse community.

@floratis

is a community worker who is respected both within her community and at Tangled. Though she has been with us just over a year, she has shown consistency, responsibility and a positive influence on those around her. Her people-centered approach and steady presence suggest strong potential for broader leadership.
