Delegation is disgusting
It’s stupid enough that a lot of higher ups just make their subordinates do all the work and go off doing god knows what. But them putting all the blame on the people that work under them for their own shortcomings is fucking disgusting.
Just because these jackasses made it to a higher position they think they don’t have to work anymore and everyone else pays the price for it. All the blame, all the angry clients, being painted incompetent, all because these useless pieces of shit who shouldn’t even be there can’t do their fucking job.
What exactly happens to people that get promoted to higher positions? Do they suddenly lose the ability to think completely? Way too many parasites who don’t deserve to get promoted do and it sucks for everyone else.
