🇷🇺🇺🇦 With the Minsk agreements, the only condition for Ukraine was not to join NATO, which would set up a military infrastructure that threatens the Russian state.
Ukraine accepted, but then terminated the agreement.
With the agreement in Turkey, Ukraine received the same conditions, and Donetsk and Luhansk as autonomous regions.
Ukraine accepted, but before signing the UK stopped them.
With the latest offer, Ukraine received the same conditions only now with the permanent loss of 4 regions.
Ukraine refuses and wants to continue fighting.
The next proposal will probably be that Ukraine keeps Kiev and can do whatever it wants west of the Dnieper.
