Jewish things to do when chronically ill/disabled?

Shalom everyone! Hope you’re all having a lovely week. <3 Not sure what flair to use so I just picked this one, sorry if it’s wrong!

Basically, I’m chronically ill (chronic migraine) and am having a pretty brutal flare up. It’s already difficult normally, so this has meant I can barely do anything, and on top of that I’m on a shitty diet to prepare for a procedure in a few days that is not doing good things for my energy.

Lately I’ve been praying a lot more and I know this is going to screw up my prayer schedule (can barely stand at times) as well as possibly prohibit me from going to shul for the next few weeks. I’m extremely bummed out and saving medication for Friday in hopes I can use it to make it, but I don’t think I have to explain why a loud bright room full of people would be a bit of a recipe for disaster atm lol. My synagogue streams services (perks of Reform!) for folks like me who can’t make it, which I super appreciate, but it’s way different to be able to be there.

It’s also my grandpa’s yahrzeit this week (tomorrow, actually). We had a really special bond and it means a lot to me to be able to say kaddish for him on the week of his yahrzeit, even though he wasn’t Jewish. It’s one of the reasons I’m gonna try so hard to go this week, so I can at least do that, hopefully? I’m not optimistic though.

Does anyone have any ideas on things I can do that would make things easier for me physically? Like shortened prayers or ways to honor my grandpa besides a yahrzeit candle and kaddish? And just ways to keep Hashem in my life while I struggle with getting out of bed or using a desktop computer? I’d really appreciate any advice or encouragement. It just sucks to be sick.
