Written proof that residence title will be extended for rental agreement?
Hi all, my partner and I are in talks of taking over someone's rental contract. However, my current residence title is valid until mid of next year and the landlord is saying since there is a minimum rental period of 1 year and my permit doesn't have 1 year validity anymore, they are asking for a written proof that the residence title will be extended.
I am not aware of any such "proof" document. They did not tell me an exact name for the document either. Does anyone know what this document is, or how I can get such a document?
My partner has a blue card and I am on a job seekers visa.
