The sons of Hodir shoulder enchant requirements didn't get squished

Just noticed while getting patterns that you are able to use the sons of Hodir enchants on our current gear due to the max item level requirements not getting squished.
Anyone seen similar enchants that wasn't supposed to be possible to enchant after the squish?
