“Family Owned” Corporations
Ticks me off / rubs me the wrong way when large orgs do this. I used to work for a hotel and the orientation had this whole section about how great it was that the Founder and his two sons were the big-shots of a local real estate and hotel empire. We had to memorize their names and faces in case they ever visited.
“Family Owned” is nepotism in a different font. (Not counting ACTUAL small businesses)
