Has the Middle East Dairy Executive Market Changed?
**Is it just me, or is it becoming increasingly difficult to secure a senior leadership role in the dairy industry in the Middle East?**
I have more than 25 years of international experience in the dairy and food industry, including leadership roles with **Arla Foods, Tetra Pak and Danæg**, as well as international experience from **Denmark, England and Canada**. I also hold an **MBA**.
Over the past months, I have been actively exploring senior opportunities in **Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE**. While I’ve had positive conversations with recruiters, I have noticed that the recruitment process seems slower and more competitive than I expected.
I would be very interested to hear from others in the industry:
