Hello! I graduated with my bachelor's in Biology at the end of 2024, hoping to go into a research/lab role (the field doesn't really matter). Have had tremendous trouble finding a job. It got to the point where I considered going back to nursing and had even started taking some prereqs. I ended up finding a job and will start orientation in a week, but due to the interview and some of the questions they asked, policies on my onboarding paperwork, and reviews of the company, I can tell this most likely won't be a good job. Still, any working experience will help me out, so I plan to stick it out for about a year. But when I eventually start looking for another position, I don't want to be stuck in the same place I was.
What are some places/companies/websites you've had luck securing jobs in? I usually go to LinkedIn and the direct website for a couple of big companies I know, like Labcorp and ATI.
