Lorthraxion should have been the second to last boss of the voidspire instead of the vanguard.
think about it, the vanguard consists of npcs that we haven't really heard of before while lorthraxion is a decade old character, with a incredibly unique design/ model and unique lore with a cool voice actor that could have made for some cool raid mechanics, maybe a light version of the tichrondrius fight from nighthold. the vanguard could have just been quest npcs that we kill and maybe one of them is the final boss of nexus
bit disappointing, like I get the meme of blizzard making chars dungeon bosses when they dont know what to do but he deserved a raid fight at least
