Do world leaders have some kind of emergency group chat?
I saw a video explaining how, during a missile crisis, one country might have only minutes to tell another “that missile isn’t for you”. Someone joked that world leaders should just make a group chat. I thought… wait. Do they?
Like could there be actually some ultra secure version of a group chat with multiple world leaders in it? Or just a regular group chat where they hang?
