Did you know that majority of the Filipino Elected Officers on the ground level lacks of College Education (simply the only requirements is that one must able to read and write), so some has only reached Elementary level while few were Highschool Graduate. Recently, according to Ombudsman Remulla ( the not so-so-so handsome Lawyer ) there should be a change of requirements for a candidate/s to run. He/she must have at least a College degree, or at least a civil service eligible.
