Is order book scalping a thing in the English-speaking community?
I’m a trader and dev from the CIS region. Recently I released a project called DeepScreener.
In our local community there is a common way of trading based on large limit orders in the order book. We call them densities. The idea is to find massive sizes from big players where the price might react or bounce. This is a very popular method in the CIS region.
I built this tool using Rust so it can handle many exchanges at the same time for real time screening. Right now the project is focused on my local market but I am wondering if traders in the West actually use this approach.
Is this something you would find useful or do you mostly rely on charts and indicators?
