"During a recent interpellation, (a billionaire ) Congressman Leviste of Batangas raised concerns regarding vote-buying.
He alleged that a contractor, identified as Gardiola ( Contractor ), has been financing two candidates in his district which eventually won.
While his arguments were well-received, a colleague ridiculed him by questioning the timing of his exposé.
