How do I improve my elo better
So I’m stuck around 300-400 elo and whenever I play sometimes I win and other times I go against people who are way better than 300-400 elo but I know strategies and can play chess really well, but a lot of people say that under 500 elo people don’t know how to move pieces. How should I improve my elo because I feel like I could cause I do know a lot about chess but whenever I play I win and then I lose so it just goes back and forth
