Like every connection....without vpn...is tracked and can be seen + every device has its own MAC addres (personal id) which is registered and can be seen in the database of each website or server

I do surveys and I'm not allowed to use a VPN, I'm sure they track it via the ips number.

if your trying to be private and not be tracked yes. Only thing incognito does is not save your browsing session on the device you are using.
