1. Copilot and WhatsApp: Communication Tools
Copilot and WhatsApp are primarily communication and support platforms. Copilot analyzes, structures, and synthesizes information to aid understanding or decision-making, while WhatsApp is used to exchange messages, files, and calls between users. Their role is to interpret natural language or transmit data, not to execute computer code. They do not transform an instruction into a machine action as a compiler or a programming language interpreter would.

2. Difference with Code Interpretation
A code interpreter (Python, Java, etc.) reads an instruction line by line and executes it directly on the machine. For example, `print("Hello World")` in Python immediately produces visible output. Copilot and WhatsApp, however, do not translate this command into a system action: they can explain what the line does or transmit the text, but they do not trigger execution. In other words, they remain within the realm of language and communication, not that of software execution.

3. Translation vs. Execution
When you request a “German translation,” Copilot can transform `print("Hello World")` into `print("Hallo Welt")`. This is a linguistic operation, not execution. Execution would involve running this code in a Python interpreter and actually displaying "Hallo Welt" on the screen. Copilot and WhatsApp don't perform this action: they remain at the descriptive or communicative level. This is why we talk about translation or explanation, but never about interpreting/executing code.

Actually Copilot itself does run code in the interperter, so that part is not corect only.
