This story highlights the journey of overcoming self-doubt in my professional life.
When I first started out as a production engineer, I was focused on managing all the working procedures in production. After three years in that role, I was offered a promotion to become the purchasing and warehouse supervisor. Initially, I was overwhelmed with doubt about my ability to handle this new position and the responsibilities that came with it, as it was a completely different scope of work compared to production.
However, after some deep reflection and consideration, I decided to embrace the challenge and seize the opportunity. I’m proud to say that taking that leap of faith has been a transformative experience for me. I have now successfully transitioned into my new role as a purchasing and warehouse supervisor and feel more confident than ever.
This experience has taught me the importance of facing our fears and believing in our abilities😊✨

I also thought changing the position will be difficult, but once we start it's all same only 😅. I started with IT, Operations, Finance and now in Project management 😅😅

I agree 💯 Maybe it is normal to think that it is difficult at first, but as time goes by it will be the same. I think Project Management is good. I want also to learn about it, is it more about IT works also?
