Faded black T-shirts, is there a way to bring them back to life?
I’ve found it hard to find good T-shirts that last any length of time without shrinking and fading to black.
LL bean has some somewhat expensive shirts that “don’t shrink”, which are pretty good on that front. I can dry them in the drier and they shrink a little, but not too much.
They all seem to fade pretty dramatically after not much time.
I’m wondering if anybody has experience dying their black shirts black again after they’ve faded. Or any other recommendations beyond dye?
I wasn’t being frugal when I splurged on these shirts. I would like to be frugal from here on out though, and hang on to the shirts for a long time, but they fade too quickly.
Looking for a way.
Any ideas?
