How to get started with this printer I found on the side of the road.

I just grabbed this beastly thing from the side of the road. It powers on , screen and menus work, all axis move. How do I get started with this thing? I'm not new to 3d printing (I started with and ender 3 and currently main an A1). Thanks in advance
