What artist/band have you chased the dragon with way too hard?
For me, there's two (might explain the title here as well): First Bruce Springsteen song I really listened intently to was My Hometown (2004-ish?). Spent countless hours trying to replicate that haunting first listen (and money).
Second is Bob Dylan - first real song I intently listened to was Girl From the North Country. Heard in early 2000s when I was the same age he was when he put it out. Mind blown. Bought 30 albums of his trying to replicate that feeling. Never really happened.
