**1️⃣ TOMORROW OR THE NEXT DAY?** – As of today, Tuesday, February 17, 2026, we stand at the 29th of Sha‘bān. Tonight, the crescent moon of Ramadan will be sought. If sighted, tomorrow is the first day of fasting. If not, Sha‘bān completes 30 days. Either way, **we are on the threshold of the greatest month of the year.**
**2️⃣ THE QUR'AN'S DESCENT** – The verse above connects Ramadan directly to the Qur'an. It was in this month that the divine revelation began its journey from the Preserved Tablet to the heart of the Prophet ﷺ. The Qur'an is not a book to be merely recited in Ramadan—it is a **guide (hudan)** to be followed, a **criterion (furqān)** to distinguish truth from falsehood, and a **healing** for what is in the hearts.
