\#SaraOnTrial: BPI Division Head Marwin Galvez testified that Samuel “Sammy” Uy was the payee of a P16 million manager’s check dated May 30, 2016.
The check was drawn from a joint BPI account involving Vice President Sara Duterte and her father, former President Rodrigo Duterte. Private prosecutor James Bryan Alih asked Galvez to identify the payee during Wednesday’s impeachment proceedings.
