Growing up slowly teaches you that not everyone carries the same heart as you do. Sometimes you give understanding, loyalty and effort so naturally that you begin to expect the same in return, only to realize people often fall short of what you hoped for. And maybe that is where maturity begins… when you stop romanticizing people’s potential and start accepting their reality instead. Quiet peace feels far better than constant disappointment.🍃
