What is this somewhat new Garage-ish subgenre that DJs such as Fred Again, Overmono, and others are incorporating into their music?

All of these tracks share a distinctive beat that falls somewhere between Future Garage (although having a somewhat harder edge), Breakbeat (although not as intricate), and Electro (although too soft to be it). They have elements from each of these genres, yet maintain a unique sound of their own.
