Walking Meditation Walking meditation is a great way to combine movement with mindfulness. Instead of walking with a destination in mind, I walk slowly and deliberately, paying attention to each step. I notice how my feet feel as they make contact with the ground, how my body moves, and the sensations in my legs and feet.
Another good thing is that a big park is back of our house and many people walk there daily early in the morning and also in evening time.
