Replaced broken gimbal after crash – now “Gimbal IMU data error ” and no video feed

Hi everyone,
I need some help with my DJI drone.
After a crash, the original gimbal was physically broken, so I replaced it with a new one. The gimbal powers on and moves during startup, but I’m getting these errors:
“Gimbal IMU data error (Code: 40021)”
“GPS signal weak. Hovering unstable. (Code: 30008)”
The main issue is that I have no image / no video feed on the screen.
What I’ve checked so far:
All ribbon cables are connected.
Gimbal initializes and moves on startup.
Drone powers on normally.
Could this be:
A compatibility issue with the replacement gimbal?
A calibration problem?
A damaged main board from the crash?
Firmware mismatch?
Has anyone experienced this after replacing a gimbal?
Any advice on what to check next would be really appreciated.
