I'm a Single earner and Solo Budgeter both (Personal Income and Solo living)
Here goes my brief insight or story:
I was a small town girl and I started making money after 12th by teaching kids and doing part time jobs. I'm financially Independent and I don't have any monthly income source, family support and back up, I work, I earn, I save, I invest, I make money from freelancing work, I don't have specific time and deadline for work, I decide my own working schedules and that's make me feel independent, blessed and kinda princess type.
Let me share more that relevant to this activity,
>β«οΈ What is your core philosophy or rule when it comes to budgeting?
I do monthly budget for my expenses. It fixed as I'm living in a ladies hostel where I pay rent for single room, meals, electricity, internet bill and so on. A fix amount set for it and try not to run out of budget.
>β«οΈ How do you handle unexpected expenses?
I use running income from freelancing work to handle unexpected expenses.
>β«οΈ What is your single best practical money-saving tip?
I personally follow a principle, handling situations using only the resources or means currently available to me! I never borrow money from anyone or lend money to anyone to resolve a financial crisis. I always stay away from debt so my first and most important tip is Avoid debt, spend as much necessary and save whenever you earn extra.
And fortunately I've no need to fix my spendings when I've full control over it and I always try to save for next 3-4 months as I can't ask for any kind of help/financial help from anyone, not even from my family. Once I contributed to family for years but now I'm working on self surviving and aim to support family again when I'll be able to earn more in the future, InshaAllah!

Well explained dear! Thank you so much for the kind mention! As I said some time ago, one of my colleagues is on maternity leave and I'm more busy than before, it's hard for me to participate in activities at the moment. π₯°β€οΈπΉππ€
