Only 7:30 am already making broths from scraps, cleaning fridge, busy..
I try to get a lot done in the mornings since I'm up early. I normally go food shopping Friday so today I clean the fridge, make broths. I have ricotta that is going off soon so I'm draining it to make cookies.
​ Being frugal is a full time job. I cut up all the good produce for meals, take inventory so I don't waste money. It's all very time consuming but I'm sure it saves us money as I rarely buy vegetable broth now and I use it in cooking a lot.
