I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my concern about electricity load shedding during examination periods and how it affects students across Pakistan.
Exams are one of the most important times in a student’s life. However, frequent power outages make it very difficult for us to study, especially at night when most students revise their lessons. Without electricity, we cannot use lights, fans, or even online learning resources, which creates stress and anxiety before exams.
Many students are unable to complete their preparation properly due to these interruptions. This not only affects our performance but also our confidence and mental health. Students who work hard all year should not suffer in exams because of problems beyond their control.
I kindly request the government and authorities such as Water and Power Development Authority to ensure a stable electricity supply during exam seasons, or at least reduce load shedding in residential areas during evening study hours.
Providing uninterrupted electricity during exams would help students perform better and build a brighter future for our country.
I hope you will consider this issue and take steps to support students during this critical time.
