Quick question on AR lowers and serial numbers for records.
I have a AR that I built that has gone missing from a friend's house after about a year or so. I let him use it for varmint on his property. Today I went to collect and it's gone. I don't think I still have the serial numbers from the original buy from the FFL.
Can I go back to the FFL and get those numbers to file a police report of a stolen gun if need be?
