Stacking deals at Albertsons, saved about $50 today
Just a heads up - Albertsons is one of those stores with overall higher prices but can be the best deal on app/member savings and loss leaders.
If you use their app, this week they have $10 off $50 in groceries, then $5 off $60, plus they had a $10 off of $25 of "stock up" items, (many of which were things I already buy, and some of those were on sale - like the 32 ounce bags of cheese, $4 frozen pizzas, Tide detergent, paper products).
I did a price comparison and in the end paid $80 for what would have cost me $130 at Walmart, and IMO, higher quality.
If you have enough points, you could get an additional $20 off... I didn't have enough points for that coupon today or it would have been a $70 savings.
Oh... and if you get Rx's or immunizations, you can save even more. You get extra points for immunization appointments, then a 10% coupon at the actual appointment, and they have a new thing now where they have me a 20% off coupon after 5 "new prescriptions," but they seem to be handing them to me after 5 refills.
