LPT: Always build a “next job” buffer, even if you love your current one
Once or twice a week, quietly invest time in keeping your skills and options open: update your resume in real time, save examples of your work, and stay mildly active on job boards or LinkedIn. If you learn something useful at work, document it. If you complete a project, save proof.
This does two things: it removes panic if your job situation suddenly changes, and it gives you leverage if a better opportunity shows up.
The goal isn’t to be job-hopping, it’s to never be stuck without options. #entertainment
