How old should the KitchenAid be?
Okay, so my sister would love to have a KitchenAid Artisan or a Kenwood Cooking Chef.
She‘s doing lots of bread lately and has been baking other stuff like semi-professional cakes and cookies for her friend‘s parties for years now.
I (located in Germany) would love to fulfill that wish. I myself have a KCC Major - which I got like 10ish years ago from hubby. I love it to bits BUT I cannot afford that right now.
On the other hand I am hearing more and more bad stuff about the KA quality declining rapidly (plastic gears and stuff). Naturally I won’t spend my money on plastic junk so I decided to go for an OLD KitchenAid Machine. My question simply is: How far back in the timeline to I have to travel?
