1. Check the account in the chart of accounts
Access the chart of accounts:
Menu: Structure > Chart of Accounts
Find account 51211000:
You can use the search function or scroll through the list.
2. Check the settings:
Correct title (e.g., "Main Bank")
Account type: General
Class: 5 (Financial Accounts)
Asset or Liability depending on your settings
3. If the account does not appear:
You can create it manually:
Number: 51211000
Title: Bank [Name of bank or specific account]
Class: 5
Type: General
Analytical tracking: as needed
Tip: Even if the account exists, you can customize it (change the title, add an analytical code, etc.) to better track your bank transactions, especially if you manage multiple accounts.
