That is rather messed up.
Had an appointment this afternoon with one of my doctors (shoulder) and they suggested I get there at 12:45 to check in for my visit. However, I do online check-in from home for the visits and the past 2 times they have said "You checked in already so have a seat and they'll call you when ready" so I did not show up until 12:55 - to find the front doors locked and a sign saying they will unlock them when they return from lunch at 1:00. 😆
Yeah and they told me to arrive at 12:45... 🐸
