Rehoming my BFF
I am selling my house in Mid-City and my best friend has lived in the unit behind my house for years. It is very sad because he is part of my family, and I am trying to help him find a good landing spot.
He is an amazing guy with a great, reliable job. He is looking for a room to rent, but he is having trouble finding a place that isn't a scam.
He just turned 40, but is a young 40. He has no pets or drama, and is always out of the house playing softball or hanging out with friends. He can fix anything, loves dogs, is super kind and reliable. Excellent roommate or tenant overall.
He is from a Central American country, so can share some food and stories, loves Bob Marley, and is very respectful of everyone.
If anyone has a lead, I would appreciate it. He would like to stay in Mid-City if possible.
