For my POV ... Pax is derived from the word "peace" and silica means "stability". As to your question, Philippines can take that part of becoming the host of this equation. The proponent of this Company aims to promote high-technology to bring enormous advancement favoring our own Countries. Hence, economy will soon presumed rise, industrial jobs will grow and might as well help our military. However, part of the inevitable damages like destroying our own natural resources can also be compromised. In sum, whatever benefits we do have can also accumulate damages over our eco-system. A strong balance of power over Political interest versus the people living in this Country should be technically intensify through rules.
