Building Xbox controller
So I came up with an idea to create a new controller for Xbox. Not as a business but just for myself and wondering how easy would it be to create a controller from scratch. I know that inside the plastic is just the board and components that allow the buttons and joystick to function but not to familiar with how it all works. Main reason for this idea is I play marvel rivals. And playing on console/controller is so limited compared to pc players. In this game pc players game easily bunny hop with characters with their scroll wheel from mouse and since controller has nothing similar to scroll wheel it’s extremely hard to do on controller and impossible to do it consistently like pc players. So in this idea I want to implement some sort of scroll wheel on this controller and 4 back paddles similar to gamesir paddles from HE G7 (since this is my current and favorite controller). If anybody has any experience or knowledge about the insides of the controller ide love to hear your input on how possible it would be to get this done from someone like myself that has little knowledge of the mechanics of the insides of a xbox controller
